Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, we understand that life happens and sometimes plans have to change. Our policies are simply here to make sure we can be as understanding and flexible as possible while still protecting the time reserved for each client and keeping our days running smoothly. • 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 — Lunar Esthetix is located at: 𝟲𝟬𝟵 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁, 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝟯, 𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗼𝘁𝘁, 𝗡𝗬 inside of 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴. If you are having trouble finding us, please contact us as soon as possible for directions. • 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘅 — Lunar Esthetix is the home to other businesses with their own providers. Should situations, concerns or conflict’s arise you are required to resolve them with that specific provider as Lunar Esthetix and its owner Shakiyla “Shay” Trevett is not responsible or accountable for private matters with suite renters. • 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 – Please give at least 𝟰𝟴 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. Any outstanding fees will need to be paid before another appointment can be booked. Unpaid fees or continued policy violations will result in a booking ban. • 𝗡𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹/𝗡𝗼 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 – If an appointment is missed without any notice, 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged. More than one no call/no show will result in a booking ban. If you know you aren’t going to make it, even if it’s already within the 48-hour window, we always appreciate you letting us know. • 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘀 – All deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. If you decide to cancel completely, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required when booking your next appointment. • 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗜𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 – We understand that illnesses, family emergencies and unexpected situations don’t always come with 48 hours’ notice. If something happens, please reach out as soon as you’re able. Reasonable exceptions can absolutely be made, and each situation will be handled with understanding and consideration. • 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 – We allow a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you’re running behind, a quick message to let us know is always appreciated. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will require your appointment to be rescheduled so we can still give every client their full scheduled time without affecting the appointments that follow. • 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 & 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 – We never expect anyone to risk their safety to make an appointment. If weather or road conditions make traveling unsafe, there is no fee to reschedule. If we decide to close Lunar Esthetix due to weather or road conditions, we’ll contact you directly and find another time that works for you. We know that schedules change and unexpected things happen, which is why communication is always appreciated. These policies allow us to give each client the time they’ve reserved while still leaving room for understanding when life doesn’t go according to plan.
