CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and your time is just as important as mine. I understand that life happens, but to keep things running smoothly, here’s what to know about cancellations, rescheduling, and running late: • 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝗼𝐧𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 – Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Any changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. Unpaid fees or ignored policies will result in a booking ban. • 𝐍𝗼 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥/ 𝐍𝗼 𝐒𝐡𝗼𝐰 – Missed your appointment without notice? A 50% charge still applies. More than one no-show will lead to a booking ban. • 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝗼𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐬 – All deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule with proper notice, your deposit will move with you. If you cancel entirely, the deposit is forfeited and a new one will be required to book again. • 𝐄𝗺𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐈𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 – If something unexpected comes up or you’re not feeling well, please reach out as soon as you can. Reasonable exceptions can absolutely be made. • 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 – Running behind? I allow a 10-minute grace period. If you’re later than that, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to keep the day on track. • 𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 & 𝐑𝗼𝐚𝐝 𝐂𝗼𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝗼𝐧𝐬 – If weather makes it unsafe to travel, don’t worry—there’s no fee to reschedule. If I decide to close due to road conditions, I’ll be in touch to find a new time for you.
